Cookie Policy
Effective April 30, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how TechBridge Digital LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on techbridge.dev and the TechBridge Platform. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by sites you visit. They are used for things like keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, and understanding usage in aggregate.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site and Platform to function. These cannot be turned off via cookie settings.
- Authentication session for the Platform (Auth.js).
- CSRF protection token.
- Theme preference (light or dark mode).
- Admin token (only set if you have logged into the admin surface).
Analytics
Help us understand traffic patterns and improve content. Aggregated; not used to identify individuals.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Sets
_ga,_ga_*. Configured with IP anonymization on, Google Signals off, demographic and interest reports off. Disable from our cookie banner or with the official GA opt-out browser add-on. - Google Search Console (GSC). No cookies. GSC reads aggregate query and crawl data from Google's index server-side; it does not place anything on your device.
- PostHog (Platform only, self-hosted under our control). Sets a session id and distinct id for product analytics, plus a feature-flag cookie. Form inputs are masked by default. Opt out from the cookie banner or from your account settings inside the Platform.
Functional
- Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com sets cookies to track the booking session.
- Stripe. Billing pages may set Stripe's anti-fraud cookies during checkout.
Marketing
We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools. If we add any, we will list them here and update the consent banner before they go live.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the Platform's sign-in and other core features.
For the EU, UK, and California, our cookie banner provides choices for non-essential categories.
Opting out of analytics
Product analytics (PostHog) is on by default. To turn it off for this browser, visit /privacy/preferences. The setting persists in PostHog's own storage on your device and applies across visits until you opt back in.
Do Not Track
Most browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We do not alter behavior based on the signal because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret it. To opt out of analytics, use the privacy preferences page above.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be reflected by the effective date at the top.
