Data Deletion Request
Effective May 1, 2026
TechBridge Digital LLC respects your right to delete personal data we hold about you. This page explains what data we collect, how to request deletion, and how long the process takes.
What data we hold
If you have ever interacted with TechBridge, we may hold:
- Account data. Name, email, hashed password, locale, and any data you generated inside the TechBridge Platform (organizations, contacts, settings).
- OAuth provider data. If you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Microsoft, we store the provider account identifier and the email address the provider returned. We do not store passwords for these accounts and we never request access to your friends list, posts, or messages.
- Lead data. Submissions to our marketing-site forms (contact, waitlist, newsletter) including the fields you filled in, the page you came from, and approximate IP geolocation.
- Analytics data. Aggregate event records in our PostHog instance, keyed to a generated identifier (and your email if you signed up).
How to request deletion
You have two options:
Option 1 — Self-service (Platform users)
If you have a TechBridge Platform account, sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. The action is immediate; account data is removed within 90 days from primary storage and within 12 months from backups (which then expire).
Option 2 — Email request
Email john@techbridge.dev from the address tied to the data you want deleted. Subject line: Data deletion request. Tell us:
- The email address(es) you used with TechBridge.
- Whether you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Microsoft.
- Any other identifiers you remember (business name, the date you submitted a form, the case study you booked through, etc.).
We verify ownership of the email address before deleting (typically a confirmation reply) and will confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account record and any organization data you owned solely.
- OAuth provider linkage (Facebook, Google, Microsoft).
- Lead and form submission records tied to your email.
- Analytics events tied to your identifier are anonymized at the source (PostHog person delete) within 30 days.
What we may retain
For legal, tax, or anti-fraud reasons we may retain a minimal record of past transactions (Stripe invoices, audit logs of admin actions) as required by applicable law. These records do not include marketing or behavioral data.
Facebook Login specifics
If you used Facebook to sign in to TechBridge, you can also revoke TechBridge’s access to your Facebook account at any time:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find “TechBridge” in the list and click Remove.
Revoking access from Facebook stops future logins but does not delete data we already hold. To delete the data, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
Questions
Email john@techbridge.dev with any questions about this process or to follow up on an existing request.
