Visitors landing

Where they drop off, unknown

  • · Aging WordPress theme, slow loads, plugin sprawl
  • · No event tracking on key conversions
  • · No funnel data, proposals appear/disappear
  • · Content shipped on instinct
  • · Decisions made on referral anecdotes

Great work. Zero visibility into how it gets sold.

Background

A legendary portfolio stuck on a slow WordPress site.

LogoHammer is the brand-and-design studio behind the Blockbuster logo, yes, that Blockbuster logo. Great work, real referral flow, growing inbound from search. But the site ran on an aging WordPress install: slow loads, plugin sprawl, and zero instrumentation. Nobody knew which pages converted, which content topics drove proposals, or why some visitors bounced and others booked discovery calls.

Tactical decisions kept getting made on gut feel. That works at small scale. It doesn't scale to "should we double the content engine or fix the proposal page?"

What we did

A faster site, total visibility, climbing rankings.

  • The site got fast, and stayed editable

Full rework from WordPress to Next.js with CMS integration. Pages load instantly, Core Web Vitals went green, and the team still edits content without touching code: the WordPress workflow without the WordPress weight.

  • Nothing on the site is a mystery anymore

The full PostHog stack: product analytics, session recordings, funnel tracking, auto-capture plus custom events (proposal viewed, brief downloaded, calendar booked). The owner is always informed. Every conversion path is visible.

  • Visibility that keeps climbing, in search and AI

Productized SEO: keyword strategy, on-page, technical, GBP, and content tuned for decision-stage searches, structured so LogoHammer surfaces in AI answers too, not just rankings.

  • Content that creates pipeline, not just traffic

Posts on rebrand timelines, design-system cost ranges, brand-naming process, vendor evaluation, and PostHog funnels prove which pieces actually drive proposals, so the engine compounds instead of guessing.

Results

More than double the visitors finding LogoHammer directly. Triple from Google.

Per the TechBridge no-fabrication rule: we publish outcome numbers only after each client signs off. The traffic result above is the one Lee Dean has cleared; the rest of LogoHammer's funnel data is being assembled. Here's what changed structurally:

  • WordPress retired. Site rebuilt on Next.js, loads instantly
  • CMS integration: the team edits content without touching code
  • Site fully instrumented, every conversion path is now visible
  • Content engine shipping 4 posts/mo against decision-stage intent
  • GBP optimization live, local impressions trending up
  • Proposal page A/B tests informed by real session data, not guesses
