Background

Mobile detailing operation losing slots to no-shows.

SR Detailing runs mobile ceramic, paint correction, and full-detail jobs across a metro service area. Lead volume was strong, Instagram, referrals, GBP, but the booking flow was leaking. Customers booked, forgot, no-showed. Some routed to competitors when the team didn’t reply within an hour.

The team was great at the work. They didn’t have time to be great at the office work too, and that’s where the leaks were.

What we did

Booked solid, and built to stay that way.

  • A website that sells the work

Full website makeover: fast, photo-forward, built around the services SR actually sells (ceramic, paint correction, full details), so the site closes the customer the photos already convinced.

  • Customers book themselves, with skin in the game

Self-serve booking with service-specific slot logic and a Stripe deposit collected before the appointment hits the calendar. No-shows dropped; "let me check the calendar" SMS threads disappeared.

  • No inquiry slips through

Form submits and booking inquiries land in one pipeline with the service details attached, and SR gets alerted the moment each one arrives, so the follow-up happens while the customer is still deciding, not after they’ve booked elsewhere.

  • Found by drivers searching, and by AI answering

Agentic SEO + GEO: the agent runs audits, rank tracking, and content recommendations continuously, tuned for "ceramic coating near me" searches and for the AI answers drivers increasingly ask instead.

  • It keeps running without anyone babysitting it

Consistent upkeep: daily routes auto-built by ZIP and slot, day-before and day-of reminders, post-service review asks, plus ongoing site and SEO maintenance as part of the monthly.

Results

Numbers pending release.

Per the TechBridge no-fabrication rule: we publish outcome numbers only after each client signs off. SR’s current-quarter metrics are coming. Until then, here’s what changed structurally:

  • Booking flow self-serves, no more "let me check" SMS threads
  • Deposit collection at booking, no-shows dropped
  • Every inquiry captured into one pipeline, with an instant alert to SR
  • Site rebuilt around the services that drive revenue
  • Agentic SEO + GEO runs continuously, not quarterly
  • Daily route auto-optimized; review request sent at peak satisfaction

Jobs like SR's are a big part of what shaped the TechBridge Platform, the AI marketing agent we now run for service businesses.
